After a time of traveling I’m home and I am excited to be here for awhile…

In the video below I share some of my stories about coming and going, landing and traveling (now and over the years). I lean into the conversation, all the ways I get inspired, how the desire to make space and extend time is needed to experience and deepen. This happens even in times of unexpected change or struggle.

I want to make this summer a season of reconnection with my body. Explore the sacred body and learn to live from the center of life. This body of work now is emerging and feels like a potent way to meet the stories that are held within.
