This can feel hard to do if you are feeling tender, navigating change or experiencing sadness or grief.
We are almost at an edge of a new year…but some of us go underground in the deep winter…
It is important to acknowledge, and honor, when there is challenge energy. This might be a nest of grief impacting you. Equally important to take the time to explore your stories held here and consider the ways this current journey may be turning you in a new direction.
Exploring grief as a journey with multiple transition points offers several important window into the process of navigating change – something I notice happening with more frequency as we stretch in new directions. Simply creating with a “nest of grief” will open more access. Finding the space to embrace and process emotions can be vital, loving and kind.
Explore the nest as a personal symbolic source of self-care. Discover the Nest of Grief is more than it seems, and holds threads to a dynamic journey that will reveal itself.
