A Poetic Prompt for 2025

The beginning of a year can be an auspicious time but it can also need a SLOW start…

I share a powerful prompt today to play with…

Find where you are ready to be filled. The gathering process is paced and can be played with in your own way.

Three simple words offer a profound invitational space to find more than you realized was there!

When you work with your words, gathering them and creating several stanzas with the prompts…explore what has come. Form this place you may find the work of the year, as a guiding light, becoming more clear.

Take your time and tend your energy…a slow start is how I prefer to explore this threshold time, making the space to be ready to receive. I have a beautiful bowl out on a table representing the Fill My Bowl process and can also go to magazines to tear words and sometimes I like to create a found poem that way. You may also create some special reflective images to meet your words, some may be honoring and other visioning. This is a way to amplify and create a call and response articulation of the poetic process!

Continue to explore your stories, and make space to rest, nest and when you are ready travel with the guided journey offered below….

Seek the layers, find the facets…fill your bowl!

Discover how the journey is offering you something new…enjoy this space of a New Year.

Invite the potential to translate your journey experience into art, using image, symbol and words to amplify the energies gathering to you!
