These are troubling times, everybody is impacted by many things that are both local and communal, personal, and global.
Whatever it is that is impacting you matters, honor that those circumstances, the situation or the emotions that are activated can be very, very complicated.
I have experience and many clients that are speaking to me about experiencing stress, underlying anxiety, and feeling so much of what’s happening that is intense, impactful and overwhelming.
Navigating life and knowing what to do with these external energies, and feel them inside your life, while wanting things to be different, to feel peace and make a difference.
The unexpected, emotional or highly charged experiences are indicative of being in a very particular personal place, a uncomfortable experience or difficult landscape that requires something more of you.
Watch the video and explore how to explore, honor and navigate this kind of experience.
Personal Process + Prompts:
Identify where an unexpected experience is impacting you…
How is this being felt, expressed or surrounding you as if you are in a landscape.
Then ask if there is anything causing you to loose your light.
If you are feeling challenged, distressed or strained consider how those emotions are impacting you.
Use color, texture or images to explore that space of experience.
What you create on a blank page or space you will call a landscape.
As you create feel into what you are experiencing and make marks that reflect…notice what you see, what is active, where it is impacting you.
Find your hiding light, life energy that is being muted.
Explore this state change using the language of creativity.
I’m offering an opportunity to connect for the creative depth program which is opening in September, but I really want to offer some connection for anyone who’s feeling the need.
I live depth work and offer it to others. As a depth coach I believe in our creative ability to discover and utilize our own depths. Develop our own abilities with commitment and deturmination to feel and heal.
Be aware that richness is available to you through offering space to create in this way.
Imagery can be deeply meaningful to you when you uncover symbolic, metaphoric and personal clues that are likely found in a particular experience or landscape. And there may be hidden places that can be complicated and confusing, too.
Depth and discovery is how we dive deeper into our own lives, find our own wisdom, expand our own abilities to be resourced and being resourced in complicated times like these is vital.
Know that I come with a whole heart – this conversation to serve me and you today and I hope that this process and information adds to your light and life!
