You have arranged for depth coaching and/or professional mentoring: 55-60 minute phone/zoom sessions will be scheduled in advance, to occur as arranged. Adjustments to the schedule can be made in advance and you can also arrange for additional sessions or communicate with Cat by email between sessions.

Your coaching agreement is outlined on your invoice, it includes our arranged number of sessions and bundle programs. First payment indicates you have read and approved the agreement.

You may pay monthly, in advance and/or in full at any time as indicated on the invoice. Partial payments are activated and monthly reminders sent via PayPal - alternately you may transfer by Venmo or Zelle. Monthly coaching fees are due each month, regardless of use, paid therein unless otherwise arranged within one year.

At the scheduled time, your coach will call you as previously arranged, you may request zoom or phone. In the event that you must reschedule your scheduled coaching session, a 24 hour notice is requested. Barring illness or emergency, you may be charged for any missed session.

Depth Coaching, Professional Mentoring, Conscious Life Design, Transformative Process and Expressive Arts is not psychotherapy. I agree to seek these or other professional services from appropriate providers, if needed.

I am fully responsible for the decisions and actions I take in regards to my life and affairs and agree to be responsible for my own well-being during the course of this coaching process.

I shall in no way hold the coach liable or responsible for any actions I take during or after this coaching relationship.

I understand that together with the coach I will be creating a supportive coaching partnership and agree that coaching is designed as a collaborative creative process, assisting me in my process, depth work, goals of personal growth, transformation and/or project development.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this agreement, coaching overview previously sent and that I understand all aspects within it, and I agree to abide by it.

Cat Caracelo M.A. is a Master Depth Coach, Founder of JourneyPath® Institute, as well as a Certified Integrative Coach Professional, authorized by John F. Kennedy University and the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching. As your coach, Cat Caracelo agrees to treat all information shared during coaching sessions as private and confidential to the extent allowed by law.
