Here is the Process – Easy!
#1 Week Box: How do you want to experience, feel and be this week? Write a line of intention to seed the desire for focus. Example – Calm + Presence
#2 Area of Focus: Choose 1-6 easy to do items – these are going to be practices that are doable within 5-20 minutes a day.
Do you want to do these daily or twice or once this week…you choose and write that detail in.
#3 When you engage and experience your practice, draw a heart on your chart in the box that aligned with the day.
You can write in Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 if you would like!
#4 At the end of the week you will see and then celebrate how many hearts you have!
