If you have chosen a payment plan, that remainder invoice will be sent shortly.

Partial payment must be paid monthly and is to be complete by August 2023. Monthly payment reminders are sent via email, please open and pay manually (not automatically withdrawn) using the payment option of your choice.

You have reserved a Shared or Single accommodation for September 24-28, 2023 (see invoice to verify). This exclusive gathering is happening at Camp Lucy, a luxury ranch resort in Dripping Springs, Texas, 40 minutes from Austin International Airport.

If you have a balance due, please make final payment by August 30th.

I will send travel, retreat schedule and flow retreat details, massage and reiki treatment request, including sign-up for shared ride back top airport. Per person cost for return to airport transit, on Sept 28th and Sept 29th, is $50.

For those coaches who are staying an extra night, your special events are being gifted at no cost, the room fee has been previously added to your invoice and our private chef prepared celebration dinner, is shared cost, and will be invoiced at $95 on September 2oth, please pay by September 28th. Cat Caracelo will pay 20% gratuity and beverages for the coaches dinner!

General Details:

• Plan to take rental car, taxi, lyft or uber (or arrange a driver) to the retreat, Camp Lucy address is posted below.
• I will send the options for sharing rides, for return to airport in August.
• Address for drop off and where to meet for your room registration: Meet at Tillys at Camp Lucy – 3509 Creek Rd, Dripping Springs, TX 78620
• The retreat opens at 3pm on Sunday September 24th, registration is 3pm – 4pm.
• We will circle in at 4:15 – 4:30 to officially begin!
• We plan to close our retreat at 11:30am on September 28th
• Shared rides will be arranged in August – they will leave at 12 noon to return to Austin Airport, or you can linger by the pool and restaurant if you wish!

This trip includes:

• Wonderful, well appointed luxury room with en-suite bathrooms.
